Pink Floyd mark Record Store Day, an initiative to help independent record stores by releasing limited
editions exclusively through participating stores (not online), with a special 12", single-sided 180-gram
pressing of an otherwise unreleased, fifteen-minute-long mono version of Interstellar Overdrive. This
was recorded at the Thompson Private Recording Company in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, in October 1966, and
used in Anthony Stern's film San Francisco.

London's Victoria & Albert Museum saw the opening of The Pink Floyd Exhibition: Their Mortal Remains, to
public and critical acclaim. The journey through the band's history covered every aspect of their story, with original
instruments, stage props and equipment, rare pictures and memorabilia, and much more. It has subsequently been held in
Rome, Dortmund, Madrid, and in 2021 it is due to open in Los Angeles.

The first of the 63-date Roger Waters Us + Them 2017 tour took place in Kansas City at the Sprint Center. The show
(in an earlier form) had its debut in Mexico City in October 2016.

Roger Waters released Is This The Life We Really Want? which was his first rock album for 25 years, on CD and double LP.
Selections from the album were included in his Us + Them tour which started the previous week.

Participating cinemas around the world premiered David Gilmour Live at Pompeii, a couple of weeks prior to the general release.

David Gilmour Live at Pompeii was released on a CD/Blu-ray deluxe boxset, double DVD, 4-LP and
double CD, following on from cinema screenings of the film on 13 September. The deluxe boxset included the acclaimed BBC documentary
about David, Wider Horizons. The release celebrated the pair of shows which took place the previous July, in the iconic Italian location.
